Who: All male and female students currently in 6th through 8th grade who attend Northville Public Schools (Hillside, Meads Mill)
What: This course will be open to all students who are serious about learning the basic fundamentals of dynamic strength and speed training. This course is designed to teach basic athletic lifts, techniques, and skills associated with successful speed, strength, and conditioning programs. Other items that will be covered are training in leadership, proper nutrition, goal setting, hydration, injury prevention, flexibility, acceleration, and change of direction.
When: Tuesdays April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 & May 6, 13, 20, 27 & June 3, 10
Thursdays April 3, 17 & May 1, 15, 29
Where: Northville High School Fitness Center
Time: Tuesdays 7:00-8:00 pm and Thursdays 6:00-7:00 pm
